We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments that are no-shows, same-day changes, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps us respect our providers’ time and ensure availability for other patients.
