Nutritional Regimens

LEAN 3 :

This program consists of 3 prepared meals and 3 portion-controlled snack meals daily. It is approximately 1200 calories per day with the right amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fat needed by your body. You will snack yourself to your goal weight and never be hungry.

LEAN 51 :

This program consists of 5 portion-controlled snack meals and 1 prepared meal daily. It provides approximately 1000 calories per day. You will reach your optimal weight safely and rapidly.

LEAN 7-900 :

This is our most rapid weight loss program with 7 portion-controlled snack meals eaten every 2 ½ hours consisting of approximately 900 calories per day. No meals to fix, no grocery shopping and a large variety of snack meals to choose from.
